A New Dawn Studs

The moment when the sun's rays reach over the horizon to break a new day is always precious in the wonderful colours it creates and the stillness of the air. These earrings in 18 carat yellow gold with citrines and pink sapphires recall this special moment.

INSPIRATION

These earrings were inspired by the many breathtaking sunrises I have seen in the mountains and my fondness as a Classics scholar for Homer’s reference to the ‘rosy-red fingers of dawn’.
